CHAMP participants from across the country came together this past
September for the Medication Management II Workshops held in Chicago
and Philadelphia.
Agency teams collaborated to create posters showcasing their
achievements and experiences throughout the CHAMP education process.
These hard-working participants graduated from the course in December.
