Falls are all too common among older adults, and in many cases lead to injury and loss of independence. The PPE Falls Toolkit materials are designed to alert your patients to the risk of falls and arm them with actions they can take to reduce their risk. Included in the materials are warning signs to be alert for, tips for fall-proofing the home, and 3 easy exercises that will lead to improved balance and decreased risk for falls. These materials make it easy for primary care providers to partner with their patients against one of the most feared consequences of getting older.
