Follow the instructions below to register for the CHAMP Geriatric Pain Management course beginning April 26, 2010.

Tuition and Fees
$109 per participant (HCA of Massachusetts/New York Members and California agency-based participants)
$149 per participant (all others)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted up to April 12, 2010 and will be refunded at 100% of tuition and fees paid, less a $50 processing fee.  No refunds will be accepted after April 12, 2010.  To cancel your attendance, contact Thomas Bow via email at thomas.bow@vnsny.org.

Continuing Education Hours
All Registered Nurses will receive 17* continuing education contact hours upon completion of the course.  Partial credit will not be given for partial completion of the course.

No continuing education hours will be given for this course beyond December 31, 2011.

*California licensees will receive 20.5 CE contact hours, due to differences in how the state of California calculates these hours.
