We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.
 
We take the issue of privacy very seriously. We do not sell, distribute, barter, or transfer personally identifiable information obtained from a user to a third party. Any information collected on the site will only be used for the purpose stated.
 
The CHAMP web site and Community is only for important CHAMP communications and your e-mail address will not be sold or provided to third parties. You will not receive advertising or promotional material on this list. The CHAMP web site site may use "cookie" technology to obtain non-personal information from its on-line visitors. We do not extract personal information in this process nor do we provide this information to third parties. We also do not contact you based on information in your cookie file. The CHAMP Program has taken steps to make all information received from our online users as secure as possible against unauthorized access and use. All information is protected by our security measures, which are periodically reviewed.
 

Spyware 

Software that aids in gathering information about a person or organization without their knowledge and which may send such information to another entity without the consumer's consent, or asserts control over a computer without the consumer's knowledge (“spyware”) will not be employed by the CHAMP Program and/or VNSNY.


IP Address and Cookies

We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Site. Your IP address may also may be used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. We use only cookies to keep track of your password and to personalize your web page.
 

Information Provided

Neither the CHAMP Program nor VNSNY will sell or forward to third-parties any individually identifiable personal information (e.g., your e-mail address, name, etc.) that you supply.  If you would like your information deleted, please contact the CHAMP Program and provide us with your user name and the e-mail address which you provided to us:

Online Surveys

We may run surveys on our site wherein we ask visitors for contact information (such as their e-mail addresses). We reserve the right to use contact data from our surveys to send users information about our program, should you provide it. You have the option of choosing not to receive such e-mails at the time you register or at any time. 

 
Security

This Site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. Some of the information provided to the various sections of the Site is password-protected and all of it is protected by means of a firewall.

An individual user ID and password protect each Site Community account so that no one other than the user can access its features. You may use the other sections of the Site without establishing a user ID and password.

The Site maintains its information on a secure, protected server.
